Open invitation for the Joy of Europe
Applications are now open for the largest and oldest children's art event in Serbia

The 56th International Meeting of Children of Europe "Joy of Europe" will be held from 1 to 6 October 2025 in Belgrade. This year's meeting is held under the slogan "Everything is possible if you believe in the impossible!". The festival has existed since 1968, the organizer is the City Administration of Belgrade, and the executive producer is the Children's Cultural Center.
Applications for Joy of Europe 2025 are open until 14 April.
Proposals
The right to participate in the competition is open to children's art schools, cultural centers, studios, clubs or ensembles, but above all, groups that have achieved notable results in national and international competitions, festivals and competitions outside Serbia that would showcase the culture of the country they come from.
A visiting group can have a maximum of 15 child participants, aged 7 to 14, and 2 adult accompanying leaders. The stage performance by which the participants present themselves can be dance (classical, traditional, jazz and contemporary dance...), musical (vocal group, choir, band, orchestra), but also multimedia in nature.
Applications from potential participants should include:
1. Completed application form.
2. Video recording of the stage performance planned for the Gala concert or a link to the video.
