Music segment of cultural heritage of Serbia in the center of city events. Miris bastine (Smell of Heritage) is a concert where Biljana Krstic and Ivan Milinkovic will present themselves at the Kombank Hall through original songs and traditional melodies on Wednesday, 6th June at 20:00. These extraordinary vocal soloists perform with the accompaniment of the National Orchestra of Radio-Television of Serbia, headed by the soloist on accordion Vlada Panovic.
Bilja Krstic, a longtime editor of Radio Belgrade's music programme, from a young singer of pop music in bands such as Suncokreti, Rani mraz and in solo career has become leading performer, arranger, composer and music teacher. With the formation of the band Bistrik that insists on traditional original music, she managed to "break through" the mainstream media so she was listened to, performed and popular among the young urban audience.
On the other hand, Ivan Milinkovic is known for his pure voice, manners and attitude towards the audience which he built not only in the Belgrade opera, but above all, as a singer in the most popular Serbian band performing the old and new songs - Legende. Even today, after 30 years of work, Ivan Milinkovic is receiving only positive comments for unusual talent but also for extraordinary charm. That is why it is hard to find a ticket for concerts of Legende band.
