Events for children
The 19th Children's Theater Festival "Zvezdariste" lasts until 10th October. The regional competitive festival presents the best stage performances in children's theater productions in Serbia and the surrounding area. The city municipality of Zvezdara is the founder of Zvezdariste and every year it truly moves the already seen spectacle for the youngest. This event is a member of the International Network of Theaters for Children and Youth ASSITEJ and the Regional Theater Center for Children and Young Audiences Epicenter.
On Wednesday, 9th October, at 11:00, the "Podvodni koncert" (Underwater Concert) will be played on the Vuk Theater's Big Stage. An hour later, at noon, a workshop for children is held in the "Branko Miljkovic" Library-Gallery. The Pinocchio Puppet Theater is the venue for the performance "Ptica od pijeska" (Sand Bird) scheduled for 13:00, and the last event of the day is reserved again for the Vuk Theater and the performance "Ne idi daleko" (Don't go far) at 18:00.
The last day of the festival, 10th October at 12:00, is the time for the children's workshop Step into the adventure: STEM! (robotics), and the venue is Scena Kult in Vuk Theater. The foyer of the Vuk theater will be in a special mood from 17:00, because that is when the closing of the festival, the announcement of the winners, and the awarding of prizes begin.
Concerts Belgrade
Music means a lot to Belgrade. A very important life segment in this period rules the city. A special music treat in this period is the Changeover festival. From 9th to 12th October, Belgrade and Novi Sad will have a special rhythm. Astrid Sone, Belgrado, The Empire Line, Gnod, Nuha Ruby Ra, Baba Ali, GW, dal:um, Butch Kassidy, Orchestra Kamichia, Akai Solo and many more will go round the city's clubs with final sets in their pockets. KC Grad, Zapa Baza, Karmakoma, Krokodilov centar, Elektropionir, KC Ziva and other clubs are the addresses where you can party all night long.
